Mr. Washington was born in Kerens, Navarro County. He attended Kerens High School. For college, he attended Paul Quinn College located at Waco, Texas. He also went to East Texas State Unniversity located at Commerce, Texas. Before coming to Molina, he worked as a principal at Burleson Elementary School in Dallas ISD. "I enjoy my job because it is a challenge and no day is the same," says Mr. Washington himself.
